Our nursery has 4 separate units, which allows us to truly cater for each child's age and stage of development, in secure surroundings, with age appropriate equipment and activities
Children have continuous access to the range of different equipment and resources specifically chosen for them. Outdoors is similar too, with the over 2's enjoying direct access to the play areas during the day.
We have quiet areas for reading and sitting, messy areas for painting and creating, areas to play "home" and dress up, room to build and construct, places to climb and explore as well as spaces to make music and sing and dance too.
Our high staff ratios ensure your child has the best care available.
A good introduction to Nursery is vitally important, therefore before your child starts their place we arrange "settlng-in" visits for them, which are free of charge. Your child is assigned a key worker too, who will spend some time with you during these visits to understand your child's specific needs and to complete all the relevent paperwork. They will be you and your child's main point of contact. All of this ensures the transition from home to nursery is as smooth as possible.
You will be updated about your child's progress each day and we are always available to have a chat about your child's development.
We actively encourage parental involvement in all our activities and in the running of the Nursery. We hold Annual parents meetings too. Our Summer fete and Christmas Concerts are always popular, where you will have the opportunity to meet other parents and share in your child's progress. Our dedicated Parents' room is also an excellent resource for all child-care matters.
